Latin Group Commercial Cleaning Named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 List

As a trusted Minnesota Cleaning Company, Latin Group Commercial Cleaning is proud to announce that we have been recognized as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies on  the 2026 Inc. 5000 list.

Latin Group Commercial Cleaning ranked No. 2,867 nationwide, with an impressive 109% growth over the past three years.

For our team, this recognition represents much more than growth. It reflects years of hard work, strong relationships, consistent service, and the trust our clients place in us every day.

From a Local Minnesota Business to an Inc. 5000 Company

Founded in 2014 and based in Lakeville, Minnesota, Latin Group Commercial Cleaning has grown by maintaining one simple priority: providing dependable, professional cleaning services while building long-term relationships with our clients.

Under the leadership of Juan Ibanez and Johana Ospina, the company has continued to expand while remaining committed to the values that helped build the business from the beginning.

Today, Latin Group Commercial Cleaning provides ongoing and emergency janitorial services for commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota communities.

Being included on the Inc. 5000 confirms that our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer service has translated into meaningful and sustainable growth.

What Does Being an Inc. 5000 Company Mean?

The Inc. 5000 recognizes the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States.

For Latin Group Commercial Cleaning, earning a place on the 2026 Inc. 5000 is an important achievement because it places our company among businesses across the country that have demonstrated significant growth and continued progress.

Our 109% three-year growth is the result of many factors, including an expanding customer base, dedicated employees and subcontractors, strong leadership, and clients who continue to trust us with their facilities.

But growth has never been about numbers alone.

Our goal is to grow while maintaining the quality and personal attention that our customers expect from us.

Built on Reliability and Consistent Service

Commercial cleaning is about more than keeping a facility looking clean.

A professionally maintained workplace can help create a healthier, safer, and more welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

That is why our team focuses on consistency, communication, supervision, and attention to detail.

Our commercial cleaning services support a variety of facilities, including:

• Corporate and professional offices
• Retail locations
• Medical and dental facilities
• Industrial properties
• Restaurants
• Banks and financial institutions
• Apartment and multifamily properties
• Commercial facilities requiring ongoing janitorial support

We also provide specialized cleaning solutions based on each facility’s individual needs.

Every building is different, which is why we work with our customers to develop customized cleaning programs instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our Clients Made This Possible

Reaching the Inc. 5000 would not have been possible without the companies and organizations that have trusted Latin Group Commercial Cleaning over the years.

Many of our strongest relationships have been built through something simple: doing what we say we are going to do.

Showing up.

Communicating.

Responding when a customer needs us.

Finding solutions when unexpected situations arise.

And continuously looking for ways to improve.

We are incredibly grateful to every customer who has allowed our team to become part of their operations.

A Recognition for Our Entire Team

This achievement also belongs to the people behind Latin Group Commercial Cleaning.

Our cleaners, subcontractors, supervisors, administrative team, management, and leadership all play an important role in delivering the level of service our customers expect.

Commercial cleaning happens behind the scenes, often after businesses close and before employees arrive the next morning.

The work may not always be visible, but its impact is.

Being recognized by Inc. is an opportunity to recognize the dedication of the people who make our growth possible every day.

Growing Without Losing Our Values

As Latin Group Commercial Cleaning continues to grow, our priorities remain the same. Above all, we want our customers to know they can rely on us whenever they need support.

At the same time, we want our teams to clearly understand what is expected at every property, while our supervisors continue to maintain consistent quality standards.

Most importantly, we want every customer, regardless of the size of their facility, to feel that their account matters and receives the attention it deserves.

Growth creates new opportunities; however, it also brings greater responsibility. For that reason, our commitment is to continue strengthening our systems, developing our team, improving quality control, and providing dependable commercial cleaning services throughout Minnesota.

What’s Next for Latin Group Commercial Cleaning?

The Inc. 5000 recognition is an important milestone, but we see it as part of a much bigger journey.

We are continuing to invest in our operations, customer service, technology, supervision, and team development as we prepare for the next stage of growth.

Most importantly, we will continue focusing on what helped us reach this milestone in the first place:

Reliable service. Strong relationships. Consistent quality.

To our customers, team members, business partners, friends, and community: thank you for being part of our journey.

We are honored to be a 2026 Inc. 5000 company, and we are excited about what comes next.
